You have the right to return your order for up to 30 days after receipt. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return the product.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable items, personalized products, or products of a hygienic nature.

Contact: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt at support@trenderos.com . Remember to include your order number and the reason for the return.

The direct costs of returning the item are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Processing time: We strive to process refunds within 5 days of receiving your returned item.
Refund method: Refunds will be made via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or damaged items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with pictures of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Wrong product received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Cancellation: You can cancel your order or return an item without reason within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
Exchange: We offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order. Once we have received the returned item, we will process your exchange as soon as possible.
